Rajeev Gupta, Managing Director and CEO
Rajeev is an Engineer from IIT-BHU and a Management graduate from IMT and has over 2 decades of industry experience, having worked in diverse sectors and profiles. (MNCs like Lurgi, Hindustan Lever for instance). Rajeev is an Entrepreneur, Management Thinker, and Independent Director on several boards. He is the senior advisor of the British & European Business groups (EBG), thus helping their strategic objectives in India. He is on the Governing Board of JIMS (Jagan Institute of Management Studies, Delhi) a leading management institution in India. He is on the Core Committee of Ph.D. Chamber of Commerce and sits on Boards Vidhya Management, a Fintech startup in addition to being on Boards of some other organizations. He has been invited as Director KAMP (a new CSIR-NIESTED Initiative), a Knowledge & Aptitude Mapping Platform for mapping the Scientific Temperament of students in Schools. He is also leading the effort of Industry-Academia interface for IITBHU, his Alma Mater, to help further improve standards of education at this leading institution in his capacity as President of IIT-BHU Alumni Association.
An accomplished CEO coach & noted Management Consultant, Rajeev has been involved in consulting assignments with both large & small corporates as well as Educational Institutions. His forte is a business strategy, Macro & Micro Environmental analysis for Business Decisions and Education Processes. His area of consulting with corporates has revolved around Strategic interventions to achieve higher productivity and building more vibrant organizations. His passion lies in the area of Employee Engagement & Team Synergy in Organizations & more recently in helping develop holistic Education Institutions who can participate in Nation Building in the right perspective. He has been instrumental in developing, designing, and leading strategic change initiatives in organizations like Modi Group, Bry Air, Johnson Mathey, Wipro BPO, etc, and has also been involved with various International Academic Institutions in India & Europe. Rajeev has been quoted extensively in the Indian Print and Mass media on issues relating to Education and Management practices (Business Standard, HT, NDTV, Delhi Doordarshan, Zee News, etc.). Rajeev is also a frequent speaker at various national and international forums and some leading Management Institutions in India.
Manga Vaiphei, Practice Head L&D
Manga is a Master Coach, Trainer, and HR Consultant who has had hands-on experience in training, psychotherapeutic interventions, and counseling for more than 25 years. Graduated from Delhi University. He has been involved in training and coaching more than 5000 corporate managers and his trainees include people from JK Industries, Chambal Fertilisers, Alstom, Wipro, Flextronics, India Today Group, Motherson Sumi, NTPC, Oriental Insurance, IBM, GAIL, Indian Oil, Maruti Udyog, Metzeler, Punj Lloyd, Nirulas, etc. Engaged by and associated with different forums (ASSOCHAM, NASSCOM, PHDCCI, CMAI, CNI, and MMA) as an expert speaker on HR issues. Has led and managed several projects related to behavioral interventions in organizations like IBM, Cisco, Mobil, Maruti Udyog, and Wipro BPO. He has been instrumental in combining coaching, counseling, and training for enhanced organizational results. He has been working for several years on the concept of Mind Training which successfully alters the thought patterns of trainees for enhanced professional effectiveness and personal happiness.
From 1994 till 2000, he was the Director, Executive Assistance Services at SEAP, a Delhi-based Behavioural Health Organisation. He has also worked in various capacities as a teacher, trainer, social activist, research coordinator, substance abuse counselor, and family therapist.
